How to Start Services?
1. Reach Out
A BTBS Representative will reach out to you to gather some initial information, and then we will handle getting an initial authorization from your insurance provider.
2. Get Assessed
A BCBA will schedule an assessment at your preferred time to learn more information about your child, identify strengths and challenges, and collaboratively identify goals to target.
3. Behavior Plan
Your BCBA will write an individualized Behavior Intervention Plan for your child. We will request an insurance authorization for a recommended number of hours per week to receive services.
4. Get Started
An ABA therapist will provide 1 on 1 services for your child at times that work with your family’s schedule. Your BCBA will supervise the therapist and provide training and support to family members.
